The San Juanico Bridge

It was summer of 2007 when me and my family had the chance to visit the tourist spot of San Juanico Bridge, Leyte, Philippines.
It was the year when my brother got married to a woman from Tacloban City.  It was a very special day the entire family was there to celebrate.  The day after the church wedding we visited the place from which during my childhood days it was just a framed painting on the wall of my Tita’s house that I got to know San Juanico Bridge.

And now I saw it with my own eyes the bridge that connects the island of Samar and Leyte the real picture, the real place of San Juanico Bridge.

We had fun walking from one end to end of the bridge.  It was the longest and tallest bridge I walked so far.
